Agreement Between MyChauffeur and You

Please read these terms carefully before using the website or mobile app. By accessing and using this Website or our mobile app, you confirm your acceptance (implicitly and irrevocably) of these terms and conditions (the “Agreement”). You confirm that you have the legal right and ability to enter into this Agreement and to use this Website in accordance with all of the terms and conditions herein. The standard general terms and conditions of MyChauffeur Bus & Limousinenservice apply to all business relations between CUSTOMERS and MyChauffeur Bus & Limousinenservice. These terms apply to all offers made to CUSTOMERS for passenger transport services, the organization of such services, and any other use of the platform or its services.

MyChauffeur Bus & Limousinenservice acts as an agent between the SUPPLIER and the CUSTOMER for passenger transport services. The business relationship for the provision of such services exists solely between the SUPPLIER and the CUSTOMER.

Limitations on Use

You agree to use the Web Services only for authorized reservations or purchases. You agree not to make false reservations or reservations in anticipation of demand. MyChauffeur Bus & Limousinenservice reserves the right to cancel any confirmations relating to multiple bookings for one or more destinations on or around the same day without notice.

You agree to comply with all terms of purchase, including timely payment and adherence to any rules regarding the availability of prices, products, or services. All fees, charges, taxes, and duties incurred due to your use of the Website are your sole responsibility.

Passenger transport services rendered by SUPPLIERS to CUSTOMERS are arranged through MyChauffeur, which acts solely as a booking platform. Through the platform, CUSTOMERS can search for and book available transport services offered by SUPPLIERS.

Booking Services on MyChauffeur

MyChauffeur Bus & Limousinenservice acts exclusively as a booking agent and presents the SUPPLIER’s service offers. CUSTOMERS can search for suitable transport services on MyChauffeur, and these requests are forwarded to the respective SUPPLIER. The transport service is provided directly by the SUPPLIER.

Upon completing an inquiry, the CUSTOMER receives a preliminary, non-binding booking confirmation. A binding contract is only established once the SUPPLIER accepts the request. The transport service contract exists solely between the SUPPLIER and the CUSTOMER. Invoices are issued based on the agreed terms between the two parties.

Cancellation of Booking

Customers can cancel a booking up to 24 hours before the scheduled departure time free of charge. Further details are outlined in the Conditions of Transportation Statement.

Limitation of Liability

MyChauffeur Bus & Limousinenservice and the SUPPLIER are liable for damages caused by willful or gross negligence, fraudulent concealment of defects, express warranties, or damages resulting in injury to life, body, or health.
MyChauffeur Bus & Limousinenservice is not liable for charges arising from delays caused by users or third parties. It is also not responsible for the accuracy, reliability, completeness, or timeliness of the content transmitted via the platform.

Customer Obligations

• Users must provide accurate and up-to-date personal information during signup and are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials.
• Users must immediately report issues such as chauffeur delays, inability to locate the chauffeur, or changes in their transport plans.
• Any misuse or circumvention of MyChauffeur Bus & Limousinenservice’s security systems is prohibited. Violations may result in temporary or permanent account suspension.

Company Obligations

MyChauffeur Bus & Limousinenservice ensures that customer information (e.g., name and contact number) is shared with the SUPPLIER to facilitate transport services. Similarly, chauffeur details are shared with CUSTOMERS after booking.
All charges include applicable taxes, and payments are processed securely via a third-party payment provider.

Service Charges and Payment Methods

For individual accounts, the use of MyChauffeur services is free of charge. Company accounts may incur a fixed monthly fee as per contractual agreements.
Payments are processed through debit/credit card systems managed by a secure third-party payment provider (e.g., STRIPE). MyChauffeur does not store customer payment information.

Smoking Policy

Smoking is strictly prohibited in all serviced vehicles.

Data Protection

MyChauffeur Bus & Limousinenservice values customer privacy. All personal data is handled securely and in compliance with our Privacy Policy.

Amendments to the Terms

We may update these terms and conditions without prior notice. Changes take effect once published on the website and will not affect prior agreements. Continued use of the website implies acceptance of the updated terms.
